Here’s what students have to say about
Michelle’s Prenatal Yoga classes:
My boy is here finally, he was born on the 22nd June at 4.52 am 7lb 15 oz. I from the bottom of my heart want to thank you for the enlightenment your classes provided me. The ujaya breath, pelvic circles, cow cats, did the trick. I had a vaginal delivery. Even though I was in labor for 18 hrs every min reminded me of your guidance. Thank you for making this such an amazing experience. -Rubina

I have just joined the prenatal yoga class. And I really liked, the atmosphere, people and a great teacher who is really easy to follow. I would definitely recommended this place to my friends who wants to have a healthy pregnancy. Veronika M., Vienna, VA

I’d like to introduce you to Ella Ivy. Born on March 7th. Ten days early! She was 7 pounds 10 ounces and 21″ long :). I can’t thank you enough for helping make my labor so easy!!! 20 minutes of “pushing” and that included 5 minutes of waiting for the doctor. I know yoga had a lot to do with it and the breathing was awesome during contractions. I did get an epidural but I did hold off much longer than I anticipated!!! :)Thanks again for everything!!! -Elisha in Ashburn
I took prenatal yoga classes from Michelle and am so happy I did. Her classes really helped me with back & leg pain during pregnancy and I honestly believe I had an easier delivery because of her yoga classes! I especially enjoyed the class where expectant moms bring in their husbands and you practice positions to help during labor pain. Highly recommend her classes! Rachna S. Beverly Hills, CA (Yelp.com)
I attended the prenatal class sessions in the fall 2009. Michelle prepared us for the birth with breathing and relaxation techniques with great knowledge. The classes also helped me relieve back pain, relax and connect with my baby. It was also great to be able to get back to yoga while pregnant to remain strong and flexible. Michelle has a soft approach which was just what I needed. I highly recommend the Ayurvedic Path, Michelle is the best yoga teacher I have had. Rothira D. Chantilly, VA (Yelp.com)
